Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber", which is a thermostable material. It can be styled using an Electronic Hair stick at a temperature of less than 120 degrees Celsius, with the ideal range being 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, caution must be taken when applying high heat to the hair as it can cause damage.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain color for a prolonged period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb using a specialized comb, secure the wig cap with the buckle, and spray with wig care solution before styling to your preference.

To clean and care for the wig, straighten it out, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, and allow it to air dry before applying a care solution.

Some shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when first worn, but this can be easily managed by using professional metal combs and starting at the ends rather than the roots. Curly wigs are best combed with fingers.

Each wig is hand-trimmed, so slight variations in hairstyle may occur between batches. It is possible for colors to appear slightly different depending on your computer or cell phone monitor settings. Our wigs are made with 100% Brand New & 100% Kanekalon fiber.

If the top of the wig appears slightly frizzy, this is normal and can help create a fuller, more natural look. The length is approximately 25cm/10 inches with a cap size adjustable around 20-21 inches.

Please be aware that the wig may be misshapen upon arrival due to packaging or transit, but can easily be styled back to its original shape with a quick combing or the use of an electric hair rod.
