Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at a temperature less than 120℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature is around 70-90℃, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of a hair cuticle to retain color for a prolonged period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

Steps for wearing the wig: Firstly, comb gently with a wide-tooth comb; secondly, put on the wig cap; thirdly, put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; lastly, ensure the wig is securely in place.

When it comes to cleaning and caring for the wig, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, gently wash the hair with shampoo in cold or warm water, and let it soak for 1-3 minutes before rinsing with water. Dry the wig with a towel, shake gently to regain its style, and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from ends to roots to prevent further shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Hairstyles and colors may vary slightly as all wigs are trimmed by hand and colors may appear differently depending on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors of all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transport, the wig may be slightly out of shape upon arrival. Easily fix this by combing it for a moment or using an electric hair rod to straighten it. The length of the wig is approximately 12 inches (30cm) and the cap size is adjustable, with a maximum circumference of 20-21 inches (51-53cm).
