1. Our wig product is crafted from thermostable Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber", allowing it to be styled with an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to maintain a suitable temperature of 70-90 degrees Celsius to prevent damage to the hair.

2. Unfortunately, our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the absence of a hair cuticle to retain color over time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses within the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. The steps for wearing our wigs are as follows: a. Gently comb through the hair with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs); b. Secure the wig cap with the buckle; c. Apply wig care solution and style the wig to your preference.

4. For cleaning and caring for your wig, straighten out the hair, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, and then allow it to air dry. Finish by applying a care solution.

5. Shedding and tangling are common with all wigs, especially when first worn. To prevent this, use professional metal combs to comb through the hair starting from the ends and work your way up. Curly wigs are best combed through with fingers.

6. Each wig is hand-trimmed, resulting in slight variations in hairstyle between batches. Colors may also vary slightly due to personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. Rest assured that we strive to accurately represent all product colors.

Material: 100% High temperature fiber If the wig becomes misshapen during packaging or transportation, simply comb through it for a few minutes or use an electric hair rod to straighten it out.
