Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material, allowing it to be easily styled with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. It is recommended to use a moderate temperature of about 70-90°C, as excessive heat can cause irreversible damage to the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product is not suitable for dyeing as the lack of hair cuticles prevents colors from lasting and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When putting on the wig, follow these steps: gently comb through with a wide-tooth comb, wear the wig cap, position the wig and adjust the inner net buckle, ensuring the wig stays in place securely.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, gently shake to restore the style, and air dry.

It is normal for wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially during initial wear. Using a wide-tooth comb and starting from the ends can help prevent shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Please be aware that each wig is hand-trimmed, resulting in slight variations in hairstyle between batches. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. Colors may also appear slightly different due to computer or cell phone monitor settings.

Please keep in mind that the wig may become misshapen during packaging or transportation. Simply take a few minutes to comb and straighten it with an electric hair rod to restore it to its original state.
