1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 ℃. Generally, the recommended temperature is around 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair from excessive heat.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for a long period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. put on the wig cap; c. place the wig on the head and adjust the inner net buckle; d. secure the wig in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water to soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, and let it dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: All wigs may experience slight shedding and tangling, especially when worn for the first time. This is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from roots to ends to prevent further shedding and tangling. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing)

6. Hairstyle and color variations: All wigs are trimmed by hand, so there may be slight differences in hairstyle between batches. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.

Please Note: Due to packaging or transportation, the wig may become out of shape upon arrival. Do not worry, simply take a minute or two to comb it out or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape as shown in the picture.
