Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the optimal temperature for styling is around 70-90 ℃, as excessive heat can cause permanent damage to the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of a hair cuticle to retain color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When it comes to wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse well, dry with a towel, shake gently to regain style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently comb the hair from ends to roots to prevent further shedding and tangling (curly wigs may require finger combing).

Hairstyle and color may vary due to hand trimming of wigs, with slight differences between batches. Restyling is possible to suit your preferences. Please note that colors may appear slightly different based on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings.

Please note that due to packaging and transportation, the wig may appear slightly out of shape upon arrival. Simply take a moment to comb or use an electronic hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its intended style.
