Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that allows for easy curling or straightening with an electronic hair stick set to a temperature below 120℃. It is recommended to use a temperature between 70-90℃ to prevent any permanent damage to the hair. Please note that our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain the color and the inability to wash the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap.

When it comes to wearing the wig, follow these simple steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig is securely in place. For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, gently shake to restore the style, and allow it to dry naturally.

It is normal for all wigs to experience shedding and tangling, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root to prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.

Please keep in mind that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so slight variations in hairstyle may occur between batches. You have the flexibility to restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Colors may differ slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we make every effort to accurately represent the colors in our products.
