Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can withstand curling or straightening with an electronic hair stick below 120℃. It is recommended to maintain a temperature between 70-90℃ to prevent any permanent damage to the hair fibers.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles that would retain the color long-term, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When putting on the wig, follow these steps: gently comb through the hair with a wide-tooth comb, place the wig cap securely on your head, adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig stays in place.

To clean and care for your wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, shake gently to restore its style, and allow it to dry naturally.

Expect some shedding and tangling with all wigs, especially during initial wear. To minimize this, comb the hair from end to root with a wide-tooth comb to prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.

Please note that slight variations in hairstyle and color are normal due to hand-trimming and individual monitor settings. You can easily restyle the wig to suit your preferences.

The wig may appear slightly out of shape due to packaging or transport, but simply comb through it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it out for it to regain its original shape.

Specifications include a length of approximately 28 inches (70cm) and a cap size with a maximum circumference of 21-22 inches (53-55cm), with adjustability for a custom fit.
