1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 ℃. In general, the ideal temperature range is about 70-90 ℃, as excessive heat can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the absence of hair cuticles that help retain color for a long period of time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. gently comb through with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Place the wig on, adjusting the inner net buckle; d. Secure the wig in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse thoroughly; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when first worn, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair, comb from roots to ends to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.

6. Hairstyle and color variations: All wigs are hand trimmed, so there may be slight differences in hairstyles between batches. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Colors may vary slightly depending on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
