1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature for styling is around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to hold color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. put on the wig cap; c. put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d. secure the wig in place.

4. To clean and care for the wig: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; mix shampoo with cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, then let it dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling are common issues with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. To prevent this, use a wide-tooth comb to comb from end to root, ensuring the wig fiber doesn't shed and tangle. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to finger comb)

6. Hairstyle and color discrepancies may occur as all wigs are hand-trimmed, resulting in slight differences in style from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Colors may also vary depending on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on all our products.

Please Note: Due to compression during packaging or transit, the wig may arrive misshapen. Do not worry, simply take a few minutes to comb it out or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will look just like in the picture.
