1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature is about 70-90 ℃, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain color for a long period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing a wig: a. Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Put on the wig, adjust the inner net buckle; d. Ensure the wig is in place.

4. Cleaning and care for the wig: Detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb; use cold or warm water to wash with shampoo; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, then let it dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling issue: All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Please use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair, comb from ends to roots to prevent further shedding and tangling. (Tip: Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.)

6. Hairstyle and color issue: All wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your personal computer or cellphone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
