1. Our wig products are made from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. It is recommended to use temperatures around 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair.

2. Our wigs cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color long-term, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap are not washable.

3. Steps for wearing a wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Secure the wig in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for wigs: Detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

5. Shedding and tangling: It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially the first time they are worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair from ends to roots to prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.

6. Hairstyle and color variations: All wigs are hand-trimmed, so there may be slight differences in hairstyle between batches. Restyling the wig according to your preferences is possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. Efforts are made to accurately represent colors in all products.
