Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. It is recommended to use temperatures between 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to hold color for an extended period of time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle, then ensure the wig is secure in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, shake gently to style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal for all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

Please note that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so there may be slight variations in hairstyle between batches. You can restyle the wig to your liking. Colors may vary slightly depending on computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent colors in our products.
