Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the recommended temperature is around 70-90°C, as high temperatures can cause permanent damage to the hair.

The wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: first, gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; then, put on the wig cap; after that, put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle to secure it in place.

For cleaning and care of the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, pat dry with a towel, shake gently to restyle the wig, and let it air dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal occurrences with wigs, especially during the initial wear. To prevent this, use a wide-tooth comb and comb from ends to roots. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers to avoid tangling.

Due to hand trimming, hairstyles may vary slightly between batches of wigs. Restyling is possible to suit your preference. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your device's monitor settings, but we make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products.
