Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "high-temperature resistance fiber", making it thermostable. It can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius, with the ideal range being 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, please be cautious of high temperatures as they can damage the hair.

Please note that our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain color and the inability to wash the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap.

For steps on how to wear the wig: a. Gently comb with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs) b. Secure the wig cap with the buckle c. Spray wig care solution and style the wig as desired

When cleaning and caring for the wig, straighten it out, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, then air dry while spraying some care solution.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when first worn. Use professional metal combs to comb the hair off, starting from the tail and avoiding top-to-bottom combing to minimize shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

All wigs are hand-trimmed, resulting in slight hairstyle variations from batch to batch. You can style the wig to suit your preferences. Colors may appear slightly different based on individual computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent colors in our products.

Our 100% brand new wig made of high-temperature fiber comes with a wig length of approximately 65 cm and a ponytail length of 55 cm. The cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with adjustable sizing. The package includes 1 wig and 2 ponytails.

Please remember to gently shake the wig after receiving it to fluff it up, as it may have been compressed during packaging or transportation.
