Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. In general, the appropriate temperature is about 70-90 ℃ as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to hold color for a long time and the inability to wash the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on top, adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig is secure in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain style, and let dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle, combing from end to root to prevent further shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to comb with fingers.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly between batches of wigs, as they are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig to your liking. Colors may also vary depending on your computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
