Our wig products are made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The recommended temperature range is about 70-90°C, as excessive heat can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig products cannot be dyed due to the lack of cuticles to retain color for a long period of time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing a wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and position the wig securely in place.

To clean and care for your wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, gently shake to restore the style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when first worn - this is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair from the ends to the roots, preventing further shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Hair styles and colors may vary slightly due to handmade trimming and individual monitor settings. Restyling can be done to suit your preferences.

Please note that wigs may be misshaped during packaging or transport. Simply comb or use a hair rod to straighten the wig for it to regain its original shape.

Our wigs are 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber. The length is approximately 22 inches (55cm), and the cap size is adjustable with a maximum circumference of approximately 21-22 inches (53-55cm).
