2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to hold color for an extended period of time, and the hair creams rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Wear the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Ensure the wig stays in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: Detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water to soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to regain its style, then allow it to dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb from end to root to prevent further shedding and tangling. (For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers)

6. Hairstyle and color differences: All wigs are hand-trimmed, so there may be slight variations in the hairstyle between batches. Restyling the wig according to your preference is possible. Colors may also vary slightly depending on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on our products.
