Our wig products are made of thermostable Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber". This means that they can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius. The ideal temperature for styling is usually between 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of high temperatures when styling your hair, as excessive heat can cause damage.

Unfortunately, our wig products are not suitable for dyeing. This is because the lack of Hair squama prevents the color from lasting long-term, and Hair creams or rinses cannot penetrate the wig cap.

To properly wear our wigs, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a specialized comb (excluding Curly wigs), secure the wig cap using the buckle, and spray a wig care solution before styling the hair to your liking.

To clean and care for your wig, gently straighten it out and wash it with a little shampoo in cold water for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a towel before allowing it to dry naturally. You can also apply a small amount of a care solution for extra maintenance.

Please note that color discrepancies may occur due to factors such as Computer Monitors, Shooting Light, Camera Pixels, and personal perception. It is also common for clips to appear if ponytails are not properly secured, but this can be resolved by adjusting your hair.

The length of the wig is approximately 40cm/16 inches, and the wig cap size has a maximum circumference of around 20-21 inches (with a normal error of 1-2cm) that is adjustable to fit different head sizes.
