Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. The ideal temperature range is around 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair. It is not recommended to use high temperatures as it can harm the hair.

Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles to retain color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: comb gently with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig sits securely in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to restore its style, and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

Wigs are hand-trimmed, so slight differences in hairstyles may occur between batches. You can restyle the wig as needed. Colors may vary slightly due to personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
