Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. The ideal temperature range is around 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can cause permanent damage to the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of a hair cuticle to retain color and the inability to wash the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on top, and adjust the inner net buckle to secure it in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, shake gently to restore style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when first worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to prevent shedding and tangling, combing from the ends to the roots. Curly wigs may be better combed with fingers.

Hairstyles and colors may vary slightly due to hand trimming and monitor settings. You can restyle the wig as needed and colors may appear different on different screens. Our products are made from 100% high-temperature fiber.

Please note: wig may appear flat due to packaging or transport, gently shake upon receiving to restore volume. Wig length is approximately 70cm, with ponytails measuring 52cm. Cap size is adjustable, with a maximum circumference of 20-21 inches (51-53cm). Package includes 1 wig and 2 ponytails.
