1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber", which is a thermostable material. It can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick under 120 degrees Celsius. Generally, the suitable temperature range is around 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, it is important to pay attention to high temperature when styling the hair as it can cause harm.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing as it lacks hair squama to retain color for a long time, and hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb the hair with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs); b. Secure the wig cap using the buckle; c. Spray wig care solution and style the wig hair according to your preference.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: Firstly, straighten out the wig, then put a small amount of shampoo in cold water. Submerge the wig and let it soak for 5-10 minutes, gently press to wash, rinse well with water, then dry with a towel and let it dry naturally. You can spray a bit of care solution afterwards.

5. There may be color differences caused by factors such as computer monitors, lighting, camera pixels, and individual perceptions of color. Material: 100% high-temperature fiber. Some shedding is normal when first wearing the wig. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer or cellphone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products.
