Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber," which is a thermostable material. It can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick under 120 degrees Celsius. The recommended temperature for styling is generally around 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, please be cautious of high temperatures when curling or straightening the hair as it can cause harm.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the absence of hair squama to retain color for a long period of time. Additionally, hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: a. Gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (excluding Curly wigs). b. Secure the wig cap using the buckle. c. Apply wig care solution and style the wig hair to your preference.

To clean and care for the wig, straighten it out first, then put a small amount of shampoo in cold water. Submerge the wig in the water and let it soak for 5-10 minutes before gently washing. Rinse thoroughly with water, pat dry with a towel, and allow it to air dry naturally. You can also apply a small amount of care solution afterwards.

Various factors such as computer monitors, lighting, camera pixels, and personal perception of color may cause color differences at times. Our products are made from 100% Brand New & 100% High Temperature Fiber.

Please note that the wig may be slightly out of shape due to compression during packaging or transportation upon receipt. Simply comb it for a minute or two, or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape as shown in the picture.
