Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120℃. The appropriate temperature for styling is generally around 70-90℃, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of a hair cuticle to hold color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When it comes to wearing the wig, follow these steps: first, gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb. Next, put on the wig cap followed by the wig itself, adjusting the inner net buckle for a secure fit. Finally, ensure the wig is in place before going about your day.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb before washing with shampoo in cold or warm water. Let it soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, and then gently shake the wig to restore its style. Allow it to air dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal occurrences with wigs, especially when first worn. To prevent this, use a wide-tooth comb and start combing from the ends to the roots. Avoid shedding and tangling by following this method. Curly wigs may require combing with fingers instead.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly among wigs, as they are trimmed by hand and colors may appear differently on various monitors. Feel free to restyle the wig to your liking and keep in mind that colors may differ based on personal screen settings.
