Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. In general, the appropriate temperature range is about 70-90 ℃, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles to retain color for a long period of time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

Wig wearing steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; put on the wig cap; place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; ensure the wig is secure in its place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with wigs, especially when worn for the first time. To prevent shedding and tangling, use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from ends to roots. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

All wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may slightly vary between batches. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. Colors may also vary slightly due to monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on all products.

Please note: due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be out of shape upon arrival. Simply comb it for a minute or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will appear as shown in the picture.

The wig measures approximately 13 inches (33 cm) in length, with a cap size of around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm) in maximum circumference (1-2 cm error is normal), and the size is adjustable.
