Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature is around 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair from high heat.

Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: first, gently comb through the hair with a wide-tooth comb; then, put on the wig cap before positioning the wig and adjusting the inner net buckle to secure it in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to restore its style and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangle issues are normal with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair from ends to roots to prevent further shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly due to hand trimming and differences in batches. Restyle the wig as needed and keep in mind that colors may appear different depending on monitor settings.

Our products are made of 100% high-temperature fiber and are brand new. Please note that the wig may be slightly out of shape upon arrival due to packaging or transit, but can easily be restored by combing or using an electric hair rod.

The length of the wig is approximately 12 inches (30 cm) with a cap size that fits a maximum circumference of about 20-21 inches (51-53 cm) and is adjustable. Each package includes 1 wig for your convenience.
