Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature for styling is about 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for a long period of time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When it comes to wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, then put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle to secure it in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and let it dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with wigs, especially when wearing them for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from the ends to the roots to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

Each wig is hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly between batches. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Color may also vary slightly due to computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent colors on all our products.

Please note that the wig may be out of shape upon receipt due to packaging or transportation. Simply take a minute or two to comb it out or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape.
