Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. The ideal temperature range is typically around 70-90 ℃, as excessive heat can permanently damage the hair.

It is important to note that our wig product cannot be dyed, as it lacks hair cuticles to retain color long-term, and the hair cream rinses within the wig cap are not washable.

When putting on the wig, follow these steps: gently comb through with a wide-tooth comb, place the wig cap securely, adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig is properly in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, pat dry with a towel, shake gently to regain style, and allow to air dry.

Shedding and tangling may occur, especially initially, but can be managed by combing with a wide-tooth comb from ends to roots. Restyling the wig is possible due to hand-trimmed styles, and color variations may occur based on monitor settings.
