Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the ideal temperature range is between 70-90 ℃, as excessively high temperatures can cause permanent damage to the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles to retain color for an extended period of time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap are not washable.

When it comes to wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb through with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, then place the wig on top, adjusting the inner net buckle as needed to keep it secure in place.

For cleaning and care instructions, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb before washing with shampoo in cold or warm water. Allow the wig to soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, and gently dry with a towel. Shake the wig to regain its style, and leave it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal occurrences with wigs, especially when worn for the first time. To prevent this, use a wide-tooth comb and begin combing from the ends to the roots. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers instead.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly due to hand-trimming and individual monitor settings. Restyling the wig to suit your preferences is possible. If the wig arrives misshapen from packaging, take a few minutes to comb through or use an electric hair rod to straighten it out.
