1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is about 70-90℃, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Ensure the wig is kept in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water to soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water and dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style and allow it to dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

6. Hairstyle and color variations: All wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may slightly differ between batches. You can restyle the wig based on your preferences. Colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.

Please Note: Due to compression during packaging or transportation, the wig may be out of shape when received. Do not worry, simply take a minute or two to comb it out or use an electric hair curler to straighten it, and it will look the same as pictured.
