1. Made of thermostable Kanekalon fiber, our wig product can be curled or straightened with an Electronic Hair stick below 120℃. It is recommended to use a temperature of about 70-90℃ to prevent permanent hair damage from excessive heat.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing as the lack of hair cuticles prevents colors from lasting long. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig include gently combing with a wide-tooth comb, putting on the wig cap, adjusting the inner net buckle, and ensuring the wig stays in place.

4. To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain style, and allow to air dry.

5. Shedding and tangling are common issues with wigs, especially when first worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb from end to root to prevent further shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are best combed with fingers.

6. Due to hand trimming, hairstyles may slightly vary between batches of wigs. Restyling is possible to suit your preferences. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on monitor settings.

Please Note: Wigs may become misshapen during packaging or transportation. Simply comb or use an electric hair rod to straighten the wig upon receipt.
