1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 ℃. Generally, the recommended temperature is between 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles to hold color for a long period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps to wearing the wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Secure the wig in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse thoroughly; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its shape and then allow it to dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when first worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair, working from the ends to the roots to prevent further shedding and tangling. (Curly wigs are best combed with fingers).

6. Hairstyle and color variation: Each wig is hand-trimmed, so there may be slight differences in hairstyle between batches. Restyling the wig is possible to suit your preferences. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent colors on all products.

Please note: The wig may be slightly out of shape due to packaging or transportation. Simply comb it for a minute or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape as seen in the picture.
