Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. In general, the appropriate temperature for styling is about 70-90°C, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of a hair cuticle to hold the color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig stays in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain style, and let it dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when wearing for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to prevent shedding and tangling by combing from ends to roots. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly due to handmade trimming. Restyling the wig is possible to suit your preferences. Colors may also vary depending on monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on all our products.

Please note: Due to packaging and transportation, the wig may be out of shape upon receipt. Simply comb it for a few minutes or use an electric hair rod to straighten it for it to look as pictured.
