Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber," which is a thermostable material. It can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick under 120 degrees Celsius. The ideal temperature for styling is typically between 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of high temperatures when styling the hair, as excessive heat can cause damage.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the absence of Hair squama to retain color for a long period. Hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (excluding Curly wig). b. Secure the wig cap using the buckle. c. Spray wig care solution and style the wig hair according to your preference.

For cleaning and caring for the wig, straighten it out first, then put a small amount of shampoo in cold water. Soak the wig in the water for 5-10 minutes, gently wash, rinse well with water, dry with a towel, and let it air dry naturally. You can also spray a small amount of care solution for extra protection.

Various factors such as computer monitors, lighting, camera pixels, and personal perception of color can lead to color differences at times. This is a 100% brand new product made from high-temperature fiber.

Please note that due to compression during packaging and transportation, the wig may lose its shape upon receipt. Don't worry, simply take a minute or two to comb it out or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original state. The wig is approximately 35cm in length, while the ponytails are roughly 120cm long.

The package includes 2 ponytails and 1 short straight full wig. The cap size can be adjusted and has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a possible error of 1-2 cm.
