1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material known as "High-temperature resistance fiber." It can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius. The ideal temperature for styling is between 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of high temperatures when styling the hair, as it can cause damage.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain color for a long period. The hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. gently comb with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs); b. secure the wig cap with the buckle; c. spray wig care solution and style the wig as desired.

4. To clean and care for the wig, straighten it out, apply shampoo to cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, then let it dry naturally. Finish by spraying some care solution.

5. All wigs may experience shedding and tangling, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use professional metal combs to detangle the hair, starting from the ends and working your way up. This will help prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers to comb.

6. Each wig is hand-trimmed, so there may be slight variations in hairstyle between batches. You can style the wig according to your preferences. Colors may appear slightly different based on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
