Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120℃. In general, the appropriate temperature for styling is about 70-90℃, as excessive heat can permanently damage the hair.

It is important to note that our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of a hair cuticle to retain color for a prolonged period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap are not washable.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on top and adjust the inner net buckle, then secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, gently shake to reshape, and allow to air dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with all wigs, particularly during initial wear. By using a wide-tooth comb and starting from the ends, you can minimize shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly due to hand trimming and monitor settings. Restyling the wig according to your preference is possible, and colors may appear differently based on personal device settings.
