Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick under 120℃. In general, the appropriate temperature is about 70-90℃, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed as there are no hair cuticles to retain the color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When it comes to wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, then put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle to keep it in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle, comb from end to root to prevent future shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed by fingers.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly due to hand trimming and personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. Restyling the wig is possible to suit your needs.

Please note that due to packaging and transport, the wig may be out of shape upon receipt. Simply comb or use an electric hair rod to straighten it and it will return to its original shape.
