1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120℃. It is recommended to use a temperature between 70-90℃ to avoid damaging the hair with high heat.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color and the inability to wash the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap.

3. Steps for wearing a wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Secure the wig in place.

4. To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a towel. Shake the wig gently to restore its style and allow it to dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling are normal with wigs, especially when wearing for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to prevent shedding and tangles by combing from the ends to the roots. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

6. Hairstyles and colors of wigs may vary slightly due to hand trimming and monitor settings. Restyling the wig to suit your preference is possible. Colors may vary depending on the device used to view them. Our products are accurately represented to the best of our ability.
