1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, which is a thermostable material. It can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. In general, the appropriate temperature for styling is about 70-90 ℃, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed because it lacks a hair cuticle to hold color for a long time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Wig wearing steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on top, adjust the inner net buckle, and secure the wig in place.

4. Wig cleaning and care: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain style, and allow to dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: all wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair from ends to roots to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

6. Hairstyle and color variations: all wigs are trimmed by hand, so slight differences in hairstyle may occur between batches. Restyling the wig to your preference is possible. Colors may vary slightly due to personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent colors on our products.
