Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber". It can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius. The ideal temperature range is around 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of high temperatures when styling the hair, as excessive heat can damage it.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing, as the lack of hair cuticles prevents the color from lasting long. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs), secure the wig cap with the buckle, and spray wig care solution while styling the wig to your preference.

For cleaning and care, straighten out the wig, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, and allow it to dry naturally. Finish by spraying some care solution.

All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when first worn, which is normal. Use professional metal combs to detangle the hair, starting from the ends and working your way up to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers instead.

Please note that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so slight differences in hairstyle may occur between batches. You can style the wig according to your preference. Colors may vary slightly due to personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
