Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, it is recommended to use temperatures around 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair from high temperatures.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to hold the color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing our wig, follow these steps: gently comb through the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig is securely in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when first worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb from the ends to the roots to prevent shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

The hairstyle and color of our wigs may vary slightly from batch to batch, as they are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig to your liking. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on all our products.

Our wig is 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber. Upon receiving the wig, gently shake it to restore its fluffy appearance due to compression during packaging and transportation.

The wig length is approximately 70cm, and the ponytail measures 52cm. The cap size has a maximum circumference of around 20-21 inches / 51-53 cm (with a possible error of 1-2 cm) and is adjustable.
