Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, which is a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the recommended temperature is about 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain the color for a long period of time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

The steps for wearing a wig are as follows: gently comb through with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on top and adjust the inner net buckle, and ensure the wig is securely in place.

For cleaning and caring for the wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with wigs, especially when wearing for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair, combing from ends to roots to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

Hairstyle and color may vary slightly as all wigs are trimmed by hand, resulting in slight differences between batches. You can restyle the wig to your preference. Colors may also vary depending on individual computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.
