Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be styled with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 ℃. It is recommended to use a temperature between 70-90 ℃ to prevent long-term damage to the hair.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color and the inability to wash the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap.

Here are the steps for wearing a wig: a. Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Secure the wig in place.

When cleaning and caring for your wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to restore its style and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal for all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair and prevent shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Every wig is hand trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly between batches. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your computer or phone monitor settings.

Please note that due to packaging and transportation, the wig may be slightly out of shape upon receipt. Simply comb or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will regain its original shape.
