Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures lower than 120 ℃. It is recommended to use temperatures around 70-90 ℃, as high temperatures can cause permanent damage to the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to maintain color longevity, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

To properly wear the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, reshape the wig by gently shaking it, and allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal occurrences, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair from ends to roots to prevent further shedding and tangling.

Please note that each wig is hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your device's monitor settings.

If the wig is out of shape upon arrival due to packaging or transportation, simply comb it out or use an electronic hair rod to straighten it. It will return to its original shape.
