Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120℃. It is recommended to use temperatures around 70-90℃, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to hold the color for a long period of time. The hair cream rinses inside the wig cap also cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle, then secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake to regain style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb from ends to roots to prevent shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Please note that all wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may slightly differ between batches. You can restyle the wig to your preference. Colors may vary depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we try our best to accurately represent colors in our products.
