1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at a temperature less than 120 ℃. Generally, the ideal temperature range is about 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can cause permanent damage to the hair.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the absence of a hair cuticle that can retain color for a long period of time. The hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed as well.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Ensure the wig is securely in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water to wash the wig; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its original style, then let it dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangling: Minor shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to brush the hair from ends to roots to prevent shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers instead of a comb.

6. Hairstyle and color variations: All wigs are hand-trimmed, so slight variations in hairstyle may occur between batches. You can restyle the wig according to your preference.
