Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature is about 70-90 ℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair caused by high temperatures.

Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain color for a long period of time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

Steps to wear a wig: First, gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb. Then, put on the wig cap followed by the wig itself, adjusting the inner net buckle to secure it in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig: Detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, then wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soaking for 1-3 minutes before rinsing. Dry with a towel, gently shake to style, and allow to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially the first time you wear them. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently comb from the ends to the roots, to prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers to comb.

Hairstyle and color variation: The wigs are trimmed by hand, so slight variations in hairstyle may occur between batches. Colors may also vary slightly due to computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.

Please note: Due to packaging and transportation, the wig may be slightly out of shape upon receipt. Simply comb the wig for a minute or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape.
