Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material also known as "high-temperature resistance fiber". It can be styled with an electronic hair straightener or curler at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius, with the ideal range being 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, it is important to note that excessive heat can cause damage to the hair.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for a prolonged period, and hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

Steps for wearing the wig: First, gently comb the hair with a specialized comb (except for curly wigs). Then, secure the wig cap using the buckle provided and spray a wig care solution to style the hair as desired.

To clean and care for the wig, straighten out the wig, add a small amount of shampoo to cold water, soak the wig for 5-10 minutes, gently wash and rinse thoroughly with water. Pat dry with a towel and allow the wig to dry naturally, applying a care solution as needed.

Factors such as computer monitors, lighting conditions, camera pixels, and personal perception of colors may lead to slight color variations. Our products are made from 100% brand new high-temperature fiber.

It is not uncommon for clips to appear if ponytails are not used correctly, but this can be rectified by arranging your hair properly. Minor shedding may occur when wearing the wig for the first time, and color discrepancies may arise due to individual monitor settings.

The cap size of the wig is adjustable, with a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm) and a normal error margin of 1-2cm. The package includes 1 wig with 2 ponytails.
