Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can withstand heat up to 120℃ when using an electronic hair stick to curl or straighten. It is recommended to use a temperature of about 70-90℃ to prevent permanent damage to the hair from excessive heat.

Unfortunately, our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain the color long-term, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

For proper wig wearing, follow these steps: gently comb through the hair with a wide-tooth comb, apply the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and secure the wig in place.

To clean and care for your wig, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, rinse thoroughly, towel dry, shake gently to regain style, and allow to air dry.

It is normal for wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when first worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to prevent shedding and tangling, combing from end to root. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Hairstyles and colors of wigs may vary slightly due to hand trimming and individual monitor settings. You can restyle the wig to your preference. Please note that the wig may be misshapen upon arrival due to packaging, simply comb or straighten it with an electric hair rod to restore its original shape.
