Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at a temperature less than 120 ℃. In general, the appropriate temperature is about 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

The wig product cannot be dyed because there are no hair cuticles to keep the color for a long time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

Here are the steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-toothed comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Put on the wig, adjust the inner net buckle. d. Keep the wig in place.

When it comes to cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-toothed comb, put shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then let it dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are normal issues with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. Use a wide-toothed comb to comb the hair from end to root to avoid shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed by fingers.

Hairstyle and color variations might occur as all wigs are trimmed by hand, leading to slight differences in hairstyle batches. Feel free to restyle the wig to your preference. Colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.

Please Note: Due to the packaging or transport process, the wig may be out of shape when received. Simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it out, and it will look as pictured. The wig length is approximately 12 inches/30 cm, and the cap size has a maximum circumference of around 20-21 inches/51-53 cm (with a normal error of 1-2 cm) and is adjustable.
